No. We charge a single, transparent setup fee for design and development. You don't pay us monthly software license fees. Standard hosting and SSL are free on edge-networks. If you want ongoing maintenance support packages later, those are optional.
Do I need to buy my own domain name?
Yes. To ensure you retain full legal ownership, you will register and pay for your domain name directly. We recommend Cloudflare Registrar for its wholesale-cost pricing and advanced security, and we will configure and link it to your new site free of charge.
How long does a website build take?
Typically, an Essential brochure site takes 2 to 3 weeks, and a CMS-driven Growth site takes 3 to 4 weeks. Custom database-heavy applications are scoped and scheduled specifically to your requirements.
Are social media feeds and Google Maps included?
Standard profile links and high-performance static maps are included free. Dynamic feeds (like a live Instagram grid) or interactive Google Maps API panels are available as add-ons to keep the site loading under 0.5s.
Can I manage product catalogues and booking calendars myself?
Yes. Our Growth tier includes a headless CMS panel (Sanity or Payload) for text and media updates. If you add E-commerce, we configure Stripe's product catalogue dashboard for you. Custom bookings (like B&B reservations) are scoped as Custom Projects.
What is POA (Price on Application)?
Custom projects vary greatly in requirements (e.g. database schema complexity, AI-integration rules, custom reservation logic). POA indicates we will write a specific cost estimate once we align on your details.
